- Location Information: The App requires access to your precise (GPS) and coarse location to facilitate field reporting, attendance tracking, and work-area compliance features.
- Camera and Photos: The App requests camera permissions to allow you to capture photos for profile updates, surveys, feedback, or competitor information tasks within the App.
- Network and Device Information: We monitor network states (WiFi and Cellular) to handle connectivity effectively. We also collect push notification tokens to send you important updates and alerts via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- App Activity Data: We collect information generated as you use our features, such as quizzes, surveys, planning details, link-up tasks, and competitor data submissions.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Account Management: Authenticating users and managing user profiles.
- Core Functionality: Enabling features such as RCPA, Planning, Awareness, Training execution, LinkUp, and Activity Summaries.
- Communication: Sending you vital push notifications (e.g., event approvals, notices, or tasks) using Firebase Messaging services.
- Tracking and Operations: Utilizing location data to verify field visits or activities within designated work areas in real-time.
- Security & Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues, analyzing crashes, and ensuring the stability and security of the application structure.

We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party services, such as Google Firebase, for push notifications and analytics. These providers act on our behalf and and are bound to keep your data secure.
- Employer / Organization: As an enterprise or organizational tool, activities, location check-ins, and task data reported within the app are shared with your organizational administrators managing the RNL360 platform.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, we will disclose necessary information to the relevant authorities.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely 100% secure.

- Device Permissions: You can revoke access to your Camera, Location, and Notifications at any time through your device's operating system settings. Note that disabling certain permissions (like location) may restrict your ability to use critical features of the App.
- Data Access & Deletion: You may contact your organizational administrator or our support team to request access to your data or request the deletion of your account and associated information, subject to your organization's data retention policies.
